Introduction
Adnexio, the future of talent acquisition and development in Malaysia. This innovative platform unifies HR management, job discovery, and career advancement tools into a seamless user experience.
Adnexio are split into 3 products:
AdnexioHR, AdnexioJobs, AdnexioEDU.
Goal
Originally this project is to unify all 3 features into 1 main portal and call it as Adnexio instead of splitting 3 different products each having a standalone portal. This may lead to inefficiency and cost more to support the product lifespan. Therefore, the team decided to rebrand the product.
Hence, new user flow, new features, new information architectures are in place to align with our new goal. In my case, I'm in charge of AdnexioHR. The primary goal here is to make a new dashboard designs with new features included. At the time of designing this project it was aimed to be tested internally first before publishing for public services. Therefore, most of these are just MVP features.

Research and Preliminary
To ensure our redesign stands out in the market, I conducted a thorough competitor analysis with 4 different products. This involved examining the user interfaces and user experiences of top competitors to identify best practices, gaps, and opportunities for innovation.
To validate design choices and optimize user engagement, I performed A/B testing on key design elements. This iterative process allowed us to compare different versions and make data-driven decisions to enhance usability and overall user satisfaction.

Impact and Observation
With this new user flow and design, after testing internally we received positive feedback from other departments saying that this new implementations indeed helped them to improve how HR and employees themselves can manage their account within a single hub. Everything are recorded in the database for easy reference by HR and IT department.
